Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of CloudSaver purchased through Microsoft Azure Marketplace.
The service and plans
- Insights: read-only discovery and reporting.
- Insights Plus: Insights plus remediation surfaces, approvals, automation and supported integrations.
Microsoft Azure Marketplace handles ordering, billing, plan changes and cancellation for hosted subscriptions.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for their tenant configuration, approved actions and backups. Customers must not circumvent security controls, access other tenants, process data unlawfully, or run unauthorised security testing.
Data and support
Personal-data processing is governed by the DPA; controller data is described in the Privacy Policy. Support commitments are described in the Support and SLA.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CloudSaver is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Consumeit does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every customer configuration. Savings figures, recommendations and AI-generated outputs are informational and must be independently reviewed before an action is approved.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, business interruption or loss of data. Consumeit's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by the customer for CloudSaver during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Customer safeguards
The customer remains responsible for validating findings, maintaining backups and deciding whether to approve a remediation action. CloudSaver records approvals and actions, but an approved cleanup, archive, licence or Azure-resource change affects the customer's own environment.
