Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Consumeit AB processes personal data when you use CloudSaver. For customer tenant data, the customer is the controller and Consumeit is the processor under the Data Processing Addendum.
Data minimisation
- CloudSaver is designed to use metadata and aggregates, not file or message content.
- Connector secrets remain in the customer's Azure Key Vault; CloudSaver stores only a reference.
- Server-side records are partitioned and access-controlled by tenant.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Retention and security
Aggregated scan snapshots are retained for up to 90 days. Account and billing records are retained for the subscription period and any legally required period. We use TLS, role-based access, audit logging and Azure platform security controls. No security measure can guarantee absolute security; the service is designed to reduce risk through technical and organisational measures appropriate to the service.
